Soif Botanical all balanced by a aSoif is a love letter to red fruit. To make it, we blended two spontaneously fermented ciders aged on cherries and strawberries, and added almost one tonne of red wine skins (Marchal Foch) for an extra few months of skin contact. It's a red fruit bonanza, and our most popular bottle for good reason. What's it like?: Marchal Foch and Montmorency Cherries meld into plush textural bliss. Strawberry aromas waft over it all. The fruit acids here are bright
